Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: North London
Key Responsibilities of the Family Solicitor:
- Managing and building up a varied matrimonial caseload.
- Handling complex legal issues including divorce, financial provision, TOLATA, and children disputes.
- Providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to family law matters.
- Advising clients on the wider implications of any transactions or advice.
- Supporting senior members of the team in their caseloads.
- Keeping up to date with developments in Family Law.
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Family Solicitor:
- A minimum of 5 years PQE in Family Law.
- Experience working with high net worth clients.
- Strong understanding of Family Law.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills (both written and spoken).
- Ability to show empathy and understanding to clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to manage a mixed caseload.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
